From January to November, there are usually a lot of people who visit gyms, as well as take dieting pills, undergo surgeries, or even enroll themselves into fitness programs and what not.
Still though, when it is that December month comes around, all efforts to lose weight, or at least efforts to maintain an already fit body, actually crashes.
For the so called 'Christmas Weight Gain' December is usually the time that the regular, monster all, diet conscious individual is particularly afraid of.
