As I've observed year on year, there is a routine done by major shopping centers and malls.
As early as October, they are already preparing for their Christmas catalog for fluctuations of shoppers near the date. By this time they are already clearing their inventory by throwing clearing sale event. And around two months after the Holidays the same thing will happen. These days are ones I'm waiting so I could shop my clothes, shoes, etc., and save at the same times.
