A teen who got into a drunken driving crash that killed two friends will have to spend at least ten Christmases in jail.
By pleading guilty, 18-year-old David Jacobson will have to serve a 1-year jail term and 8 years under probation.
By letting him stay for ten Christmases in jail, Eau Claire County Circuit Judge Paul Lenz is confident that the boy will remember the his friends whose lives he has taken away.
