The state Employment Security Commission predicts that there will be fewer holiday this year. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, over 251,000 retail jobs have been lost in this years. Some of the companies are offering partimers extra hours just to cut the expense of training new employees and other are giving preference to return hires for the same reason.
