One may not be able to think of any other holiday in the year, in which more decorating goes on than for the Christmas season. During this time is when artists and hobbyists end up coming out into the open and share ideas about potential decorations and crafts for the Christmas season.
The very first of things to think of would be the motif that one will be deciding to use for their crafts and so on, the rest of one's holiday decoration. Blue and silver are examples of ruling motifs.
